I was impressed with how the microphone automatically shuts off when your not talking so you dont hear background noise. Better than most DAF apps

It did improve stuttering, and would be perfect if was accessible during phone call in iPhone

Finally a daf tool that all stutterers can use via the iOS platform! Its free. The voice the stutterer hears is their own voice, very natural, not robotic as previous devices have been. I tried it for first time today with a high school senior who stutters pretty severely. It worked perfectly! He was 100% fluent, first time, reading aloud. Incredible experience for him and me! I am an SLP

This app has been extremely helpful when working with my stuttering clients. Im still trying to figure out how to work it on my iPad but it works great on my iPhone!

DAF Pro is elegant and amazing! After a little experimenting with the amount of delay, I have some wonderful results. The app also runs in the background, so you can keep it running while you use other apps like email and web. Thanks for this amazing tool!

I have no use for it, but I use it as an amplifier. My mic built into my Sony earbuds with volume control is sensitive, so i use it As an amplifier for my bad hearing. Delay all the way down, volume up on system and app, and there ya go!

This amazing device has given me the confidence to speak out when I have too shy to before. It makes presentations, and reading outloud.

I have been using this app for a few months and now it is not working at all ( on both my iPad and iPhone). Please fix! It was great for my students who stutter.

This $10 app accomplishes what I could have spent hundreds of dollars on for dedicated hardware. The only reason I might not give it 5 stars is this: I know or cant work on a phone call, but sometimes when something else grabs the audio out , DAF doesnt grab it back afterwards. Oh well, 5 stars anyway.

Never has worked. Tried to report the problem, but how do u do that? Dont waste your money. I want a refund.

Used this with students n it helps them read more fluently.

I have been stuttering for all my life, now 38 years old. I have researched several of the expensive items such as speech easy. I was very eager to spend the thousands for that item but then through further research, I found that apps have been developed. Currently I have downloaded 5 different apps. My main concern is that other apps with delayed auditory feedback seemed to be too delayed. Some have 0ms while others have 4 minimum. In these cases, there seemed to be a longer time response to hear myself, so it didnt help much. This app, though it shows the minimum delay is 23 ms, it seems much quicker than the other apps who show a shorter delay time. I just started working with this, so in about 2 weeks, I will try to post again to give appropriate feedback. So far, I like this app the most as the delay time is very quick so I can hear myself as soon as I am speaking.

I been stuttering for over 50 years and I used everything from speecheasy devices to taking classes. This works just like the speecheasy without spending $4000. But pros and cons of both. Thanks so much for helping me with this. Anywar to get this to work with a hearing air

Like you can’t even hear yourself and Idk why It’s so low. Like you guys are charging people and not updating the app?

Bought it for nothing. Wasted money for it to be super muffled and robotic can’t even hear yourself. Don’t bother

App operation is straightforward and clean. The clarity of the audio and delay is also top notch. Highly recommend use of the app as an additional tool for the management of stuttering.

I have to use another DAF app because I’m using AirPods and there is too much delay for me. Can you make no delay like other apps. 23 ms delay and Bluetooth delay is way to much for me.

Any change in pitch causes a static sound.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I work in a call center and I have a stutter. I put an earbud in and put it on 55ms. I don’t stutter at all on the phone now. Then I forgot to put my earbuds in and I didn’t stutter. Hoping it will improve my speech overall after the repetition. It also helps me slow down my speaking and makes me feel calm. This app is priceless. Best 3 bucks I ever spent in my life. I feel hope that I will be able to speak fluently now. This has changed my life. Thank you and god bless

works great with no change in pitch, but a scratchy noise is apparent with any change in pitch. tried other headphones, no difference.

Lord and the developer of this app, you have healed me. For a long time, I've stuttered/stammered but today when I tried out this app after purchasing and downloading it, an incredibly amazing miracle just happened. I was finally able to speak much more fluently with a tiny stammer or no stammers at all. Thank you so much for developing this app for those who need this.

I have a speech disorder called cluttering, and this app has been a tremendous help. It is simple, yet very effective in helping me slow my rate of speech and improve articulation. And, the ability to record a sample and play it back for analyzing is a nice feature. Great app, highly recommended.
